Simple arithmetic was beyond the capability of two of female contestants on The Apprentice. Lindsay Booth (left and inset) and Nurun Ahmed (right) were unable to multiply so Lord Sugar fired them. Ahmed told a bemused Karren Brady 'Sanjay Sood-Smith has done all the scientific bit and we just do the glamour.' Booth, who has previously said she hates it when women are dismissed by chauvinistic men, agreed, saying: 'Yep, we can't all be intelligent.'
