Three months in a 30-minute bay! Fully taxed and insured BMW abandoned in parking space for so long it has grass growing through the bonnet

The once gleaming black BMW 320i (pictured above), abandoned in Chester three months ago, is now set to be crushed after police and council officials have failed to trace its mystery owner. The vehicle, that is parked haphazardly across two bays, is fully taxed, insured and MOT'd. Grass can be seen growing out of the engine compartment and at least three parking tickets have been slapped on the windscreen.
