Brick tycoon sues top QC who pulled out of buying his £3.6m country mansion because it was 'riddled with damp and dry rot'


William Griffiths QC and his wife Angela, top left, are being sued by Alan Hardy, top right after they pulled out of buying Laughton Manor in East Sussex, main, for £3.6million after discovering damp. The High Court heard that Mr Griffiths exchanged contracts on the property, despite never having seen a surveyor's report and is now insisting he has been the victim of 'reckless misinterpretation'.
