Bride, 24, 'unwittingly marries millionaire biological granddad' - but is story too good to be true?

A 24-year-old 'bride' was said to have been shocked to discover she had married her millionaire biological grandfather, according to reports.

The woman was said to have married the 68-year-old three months ago and allegedly only discovered they were related while flicking through family albums.

The Florida Sun Post said the woman, from Golden Beach, Miami, noticed a photo of her father, who her new husband had become estranged from following the breakdown of his former marriage, among the collection.

The website also claimed the pair had no idea they were related when they first met on a website for older men looking for love.

The 'granddad' told the Florida Sun Post: "They had a website with profiles of many attractive younger girls. I just felt something strange when I saw her photos.

"It was like a sense of deja vu, but at the time I couldn’t figure out why she seemed so familiar.

"We just hit it off right from when she walked into the restaurant."

The 'bride' said: "When I saw my father in that photo album, I just felt an overwhelming sense of despair."

The pair were allegedly sticking together however, despite the supposed discovery.

She said: "I feel our bond is so strong that even something like this is not enough to make us give up."

It has since emerged that the Florida Sun Post has only been operating for a few days, casting doubts over the authenticity of the story.
