Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt Divorce Confirmed

Angelina Jolie‘s lawyer has confirmed that she filed for divorce from Brad Pitt, her partner of 12 years and husband of 2 years.
“This decision was made for the health of the family. She will not be commenting, and asks that the family be given its privacy at this time,” Robert Offer told Reuters.

It was reported earlier in the day that Angelina filed for divorce on Monday (September 19), following “irreconcilable differences.” There have been allegations that the split came as a result of the way Brad was parenting the kids.
Angelina and Brad were last seen out together back in July, for their twins birthday celebration. They were also seen making a rare appearance together on July 4.
