Everything keeps on rising except our salaries…

In response to the survey that suggests some employees will get an increase in housing allowance this year, it remains to be seen how many employers will take the rent hike into consideration when processing the appraisals for employees.

The paper is full of increase rates in all areas: rents, school fees. How about salary and allowances for employees capped at 20 per cent increase to meet the demands of the country?

If salary/allowances increase is mandatory, then you are likely to see more people satisfied and relaxed.
