Revealed: The most romantic man in London? Meet the couple whose dramatic candlelit proposal was caught on camera by POLICE helicopter

Utpal Kanbia's elaborate proposal to 22-year-old girlfriend Meena Rabadia was seen by the Metropolitan Police's helicopter as it flew over Gladstone Park in Dollis Hill, north-west London, on Saturday night. With the help of friends, Mr Kanbia lit 900 candles in the park where the pair had their first date before getting down on one knee to pop the question. Miss Rabadia accepted the proposal and the pair are now hoping to get married in November.
