Marched to their deaths in the desert: Sickening ISIS slaughter continues as 250 soldiers captured at Syrian airbase are stripped then led to a mass summary execution

CONTENT: The startling footage of a vast pile of bodies was circulated today on social media, showing men in only their underwear forming a long line stretching across the desert (main photo) before being killed. The video, too graphic to be published in full, first shows dozens of men being marched through the desert and made to chant in Arabic wearing only their underwear. It then fades to black and resumes on images of at least 150 bodies. An Islamic State fighter said 250 were slaughtered and they were from the Taqba air base in Syria, which was the government's last stronghold until extremists seized it on Sunday. Human Rights Watch described the shocking video as 'another ISIS war crime' as another chilling image showed seven soldiers from the base at the moment of their execution (inset).
