How to Be Calm After a Fight

Smile. It might be difficult, but it makes you feel better.

Breathe. Close your eyes and breathe in with your nose, out with your mouth.


Talk to someone. Talk to a friend or family member.


Let it out. Cry for as long as you need. Its not healthy to bottle up your feelings.


Do things you like to do. Draw, dance, or anything you love to do that will keep you mind off the situation


Listen to your favorite song. Calming music will help too.
