Getting your baby a visa in Dubai

So you have the baby, unless you have already lost it! (Check under the sofa). You should also have your baby’s birth certificate and passport. If not you need to get these before you can apply for the residential visa. Now it is time to get your babies residential visa. You will have 120 days to get his/her residential visa, (Unless you are planning on early employment and want to go for a work visa). After 120 days, if you still have not got a visa for your baby you will receive a 100 AED fine per day and the child may not leave the country until you have their visa sorted.
