Dubai realtor Tamleek says to add 240 jobs by end-2016

Dubai-based Tamleek Real Estate Co has announced plans to recruit an additional 240 staff to keep up with the surge in business.

Up from the current 160, the new recruitment plan will bring the total workforce to 400 by the end of this year, according to the real estate agency.

The luxury property advisory, brokerage and consultancy said the new jobs come as it emerges as a proven seller of niche, exclusive properties for premium, reputable and well-regarded master developers.

"Sales of our premium and selective property offerings are growing healthily in a competitive industry. We sold AED2 billion worth of property in the last six months alone, a phenomenal accomplishment in an intensely competitive market," said Dr Brian Etemad, CEO.

"Tamleek Real Estate Co has hit the ground running since its formation and rapidly catapulted to its premier position," he added.

He said the crown jewels in Tamleek's exclusive portfolio are Al Habtoor City, Kempinski Residences and Adagio by Al Manazil.
