Donald Trump Wins Presidential Race: Musicians and Celebs React

Donald Trump’s election win has been met with shock and disbelief (and in some cases silence) from many in music and entertainment circles.
The Republican candidate stormed to victory early Wednesday (Nov. 0), despite his rival Hillary Clinton enjoying campaign support from a galaxy of stars, from Beyonce and Jay Z, to Adele, Katy Perry, Jon Bon Jovi and Lady Gaga.

The race was on a knife-edge through the day, stunning pollsters and Democrats, many of whom had predicted a win for Clinton’s team.
Musicians and celebs turned to social media to share their thoughts as Trump edged ahead and sealed victory.

Do not sit still. Do not weep. MOVE. We are not a nation that will let HATE lead us.

I truly cannot visualize the rambling, incoherent creature I saw at the debates now addressing the nation from the Oval Office.
Tell the same people I said  and that will solve it all. If they do that I accept the blame if not the lairs running the DNC can https://twitter.com/NotHere4IT2016/status/796212493018419200
In a room full of hope, we will be heard. Nothing can stop us. @iamderay  Stand up for kindness, equality, and love.
i'm too over/underwhelmed tonight by digital graphs stained with blood, portraying the lust for white supremacy in america.

"It is disappointing, sad and frightening that someone who has been so hateful and has no qualifications to be President has been elected. We can only hope that if he cares about our country, he really does serve as the president of all of us in this nation, that he abandons the hate speeches and the bullying and assembles an excellent group of advisors that can help him govern . . . but really all we can truly do is pray that he becomes a different president than who he has been as a candidate." - Prince Royce
I feel like America just sent in our tuition check for Trump University.
This is an embarrassing night for America. We've let a hatemonger lead our great nation. We've let a bully set our course. I'm devastated.
